The AEFUNAI Journal of Economics, Finance and Development Studies (AEFUNAIJEFDS) is a peer-reviewed scholarly Open Access journal that publishes original research in economics, finance, and development studies, with emphasis on Africa and emerging economies Bi-annually.

Scope

AEFUNAIJEFDS publishes original research in economics, finance, and development studies, with emphasis on policy-relevant and empirical studies in developing and emerging economies.

Authors are advised to read these guidelines carefully before submitting a manuscript.

  • Manuscripts must be original and not under review elsewhere.
  • Submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format via the journal’s official submission channel or Email : aeeconjournal@gmail.com
  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Line spacing: 1.5
  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides
  • Page numbers: Consecutive
  • Title: 14-point, ALL CAPS and bold.
  • Author names: 12-point
  • Affiliations: 11-point
  • Headings/Subheadings: 12-point
  • Main text: 11-point

Title, Author(s) & Affiliation(s), Abstract (150–250 words), Keywords (3–6), Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusion and Recommendations, References, Appendices (if any).

  • Tables and figures should be numbered, titled, and cited in the text. Sources must be acknowledged where applicable.
  • The journal uses APA (7th edition) referencing style.

All submissions are subject to double-blind peer review.

Authors must ensure originality, proper citation, and disclosure of any conflicts of interest. Plagiarism is not permitted.
